Ni Min is a Partner in the Corporate and Securities Department of Guantao Law Firm Beijing office. Prior to joining Guantao, Mr. Ni held long-term positions in the headquarters of a central state-owned enterprise, a large state-owned listed company listed in multiple domestic and international markets, and a privately-owned A-share listed company in China. He was engaged in corporate legal, compliance, and risk control management work, with extensive familiarity and expertise in handling various corporate legal matters. During his tenure in corporations, he provided legal services for A-share listings and refinancing, led the legal work for over a hundred large-scale acquisitions, mergers, joint ventures, cooperation, and financing projects, provided legal services for nearly a hundred Public-Private Partnership (PPP) project investments, and handled hundreds of complex construction project litigation and arbitration disputes. He has particular expertise in cross-border M&A, private equity financing, foreign joint venture and cooperation business, state-owned asset transactions, PPP project investment, corporate compliance and risk management, and dispute resolution in the construction, energy, and environmental protection sectors.
