Mr. Ma advises in a broad range of areas, including energy, AI, financial asset management, equity investment and financing, M&A, asset securitization, and dispute resolution. He has provided legal services to numerous major banks, trust companies, public and private equity funds, and financial institutions, assisting with their financial asset management products. He has also supported energy and natural resources enterprises, as well as real estate companies, in completing investment transactions, acquisition, asset securitization, and public REITs issuance.
In the area of technology innovation, Mr. Ma has helped lithium battery experts achieve industrial integration. He is especially specialized in legal services related to the commercialization of scientific and technological achievements. He has delivered effective legal support to numerous innovative enterprises in sectors such as new energy, computing, data, AI , and intelligent manufacturing, covering establishment, regulatory compliance, equity incentives, investment and financing, mergers and acquisitions, and IPO.
