Key Achievements
1. He represented Kunming Iron & Steel Holding Group in a cross-border construction dispute against China Tenth Metallurgical Group (case value: RMB 400 million), winning the trial.
2.He represented Dali Canghai Mizong Cultural Industry Co., Ltd. in a land use right transfer dispute against Dali Wuzhou International Real Estate Development Co., Ltd. In the second instance, he made efforts to achieve the overturned judgment and the court ruled to continue performance of the transfer contract despite multiple encumbrances on the land, the reason his client recovering losses of RMB 1 billion.
3.He represented Pu’er Xingye Real Estate Development Co., Ltd. in a joint venture and cooperative real estate development contract dispute against Pu’er Xingsheng Real Estate Development Co., Ltd. The court upheld the validity of the Cooperation Agreement and supplementary agreements, ordering the counterparty to fulfill the agreements and securing land use rights for the client, thus he avoided losses of approximately RMB 300 million for his client.
4.He provided full-process legal services for the land acquisition and demolition project of Guandu District Wuli Central Business District (CBD) (project value: over RMB 20 billion). He represented the Guandu District People’s Government in the judicial enforcement case for demolition on state-owned and collectively owned land, which is the first case in Guandu District, providing a case for lawful land expropriation and demolition.
5. He provided legal advise services on the environmental relocation and construction project of Kunming Iron & Steel Co., Ltd.(project value: over RMB 20 billion).
6.As the director of bankruptcy administrators for the Shangdu Haoting Project in Anning District, he successfully facilitated its resumption and court’s approval of the reorganization plan.
