Mr. Liu graduated from the Chinese University of Hong Kong and holds a double master's degree of law and a master's degree of finance and financial management. Mr. Liu specializes in criminal defense work covering economic crimes, finance, securities and futures-related crimes, and duty-related crimes, corporate criminal compliance, anti-bribery and anti-corruption compliance systems.
