Guantao advises Sihui Fuji on issuing convertible corporate bonds to non-specific investors and successfully listing the bonds on the ChiNext of Shenzhen Stock Exchange

On August 24, 2023, Sihui Fuji Electronics Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Sihui Fuji " or the "Company") issued convertible corporate bonds to non-specific investors (hereinafter referred to as the "Issuance") and was successfully listed on the ChiNext of Shenzhen Stock Exchange. The size of the Issuance is 570 million RMB yuan. 

Sihui Fuji was established in 2009 in Zhaoqing, Guangdong Province. Its main business is the R&D, production and sales of printed circuit boards, and it focuses on the manufacture of small batch boards of printed circuit boards. Its market positioning is "small batch, high quality, high reliability, short delivery period and rapid response". Its products are widely used in industrial control, automotive electronics, transportation, communication equipment, medical devices and other fields. 

Sihui Fuji intends to issue convertible corporate bonds to non-specific investors through the Issuance to raise the total capital in less than 570 million RMB yuan, and the proceeds will be used for the first phase of the Sihui Fuji's high-reliability circuit board expansion project (with an annual production of 800,000 square meters of circuit boards) with an annual production of 1.5 million square meters (the “Project”) and supplement the current capital. The Company is a well-known manufacturer and service provider of medium and small batch printed circuit boards in China, providing professional services at the stage of medium and small batch supply to many well-known enterprises such as HITACHI, PANASONIC, OMRON, KYOCERA, SHIMADZU, YOKOGAWA and YASKAWA. Upon the completion of the Project, the Company will enhance the ability of supply of high-end products in medium and small batch, consolidate its leading position in the industry and enhance its market competitiveness.
