On 19 October, Guantao's client China Rocket Co., Ltd. (shorted for "China Rocket", formerly known as "China Asia-Pacific Mobile Telecommunications Satellite Co., Ltd.") was inaugurated in the news conference hosted by China Academy of Launch Vehicle Technology (shorted for CALT) in Beijing.

China Rocket would provide a package of solutions from carrying, launch and satellite networking, innovate commercial spaceflight service. It would build three business areas: commercial launching service, suborbital flight experience and utilization of space resources, thus inaugurating a new era for China's commercial aerospace industry.

Han Qingping, president of China Rocket, introduced the coming business:

To meet the various needs of customers, China Rocket would provide customized and all-round services. In the meanwhile, the average cost for launching a commercial rocket would reduce 30% and shortest execution cycle would be down by 80%. China Rocket has established four types of services, including space networking, space special car, space free riding and space shuttle, able to meet customers' diversified requirements.

China Rocket also officially launches two star products space resources utilization and "suborbital flight experience" (space travel), providing varying solution on utilization of space resource. Utilization of space resource includes maintain and prolong aircraft's service lifespan, provide test-bed for space exploration as well as multiple interorbital services including cargo transport, accompanying orbit flight, debris cleaning and space rescue.

Targeting simulated microgravity, all-dimensional VR, suborbital space travel, and creating hotspot for future space tourism. It would launch more derivative products and expand space economy.
