Guantao Xi'an Office accepted a commission of Shaanxi International Trust Co., Ltd. (stock code: 000563, henceforth "SITC") and provided legal opinion of private equity fund manager registration. The legal opinion got passed by the Asset Management Association of China (AMAC) on 27 June 2016 and got no response.

Lawyer Sun Hong and lawyer Li Tiantian of Guantao Xi'an Office are the signature lawyers of the legal opinion, and partner Tian Xiangqun is responsible for the core.

SITC, founded in January 1985 and listed in January 1994 on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange, is the first non-banking financial listed company and the only listed trust enterprise in the Midwest.
