Mr. Cui Liguo is a founding partner and Chairman of the Management Committee of 亚洲最大赌博网站 Law Firm. He has over 30 years of experience in capital markets, M&A and restructuring, and private equity and investment funds, with particular expertise in advising on high-profile transactions involving complex structures and substantial transaction value. Mr. Cui served as a PRC legal expert on financial laws, corporation laws, financial institutions' bankruptcy laws and credit laws in connection with the Asian Development Bank's technical assistance project for the People's Bank of China on the framework study of China's financial laws. Mr. Cui is also registered with the Law Society of Hong Kong as a Registered Foreign Lawyer.
Mr. Cui received his LL.B. from China University of Political Science and Law in 1991 and his LL.M. from China University of Political Science and Law in 1996. Mr. Cui obtained his PRC lawyer qualification in 1993. His working languages are Chinese and English. From October to December 2000, Mr. Cui worked as a visiting lawyer at Holman Fenwick Willan in the United Kingdom.
