Professional Experience
Since graduation, he has worked in judicial administrative authorities and central state-owned enterprises. He is among China's first experts on construction contract dispute review, and a scarce talent in enterprise contract credit management in Shanghai. He previously served as General Legal Counsel of a subsidiary under China State Construction Engineering Corporation Ltd. (Fortune Global 500).
With over 30 years of academic research and legal practice, he specializes in construction engineering, real estate development, cultural tourism, and dispute resolution. He has participated in revising the Civil Procedure Law, Arbitration Law, Construction Law, and local regulations in the construction sector. He also contributed to model contracts including the Model Text for Construction Project Contracts (MOHURD & SAIC), Wuhan Commercial Housing Sales Contract Model Text, and Wuhan Construction Project Contract Model Text.
He is a drafter of two group standards: Compliance Requirements for Authorized Operation of Public Data and Intellectual Property Guidelines for Generative AI.
He has personally handled or supervised thousands of cases, recovering economic losses of more than ten billion yuan. He has participated in corporate restructuring, IPO, and legal services for central SOEs covering BT, BOT, EPC, CM, PPP, DBB, DB models with a total value exceeding hundreds of billions of yuan.
